Pre-registration objectives

With this process, first-hand, updated, centralized and segmented information is obtained from potential suppliers, both national and foreign.
All companies interested in being suppliers of goods and services may register, according to the Category Matrix used by COMPAS.
Any natural or legal person may register as a potential supplier, complying with the requirements and the procedure that COMPAS defines for this purpose.
Taking into account the contracting policies of COMPAS, we categorize the potential suppliers, in a stage prior to the process of invitation to quote, so that said process serves as a filter to invite suppliers to offer and additionally speeds up the time of the Purchasing process.

I AUTHORIZE COMPAS S.A.:

To consult in national and international binding lists the company I represent, the beneficial owners and to consult my name, in accordance with the COMPAS S.A. Compliance Management System.
To store and process my information and that of the company I represent in accordance with the COMPAS Personal Data Processing Policy published on www.compas.com.co.
To collect and use the data of the company I represent in order to achieve efficient communication for the provision of services and to inform about new services.

I DECLARE:

That my income, those of the company I represent or its partners do not come from illicit activities nor have negative registration in national or international money laundering prevention lists and have not participated or collaborated in illicit activities such as drug trafficking, financing of terrorism, smuggling, among others.
That no employee of the company I represent has offered any commission, privilege or gift to Compas or CCTO officials and vice versa. I accept that any failure of the officials of the company that I represent regarding the transparency of the offer or the contract constitutes a breach.
I certify that I have Supply Chain Security Procedures.
That the company I represent does does not have a Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Risk Management System.
I declare that I do not have affiliation or commercial ties with any person, who are or have been included in public lists as suspects of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism or any of its source crimes, such as, but not limited to, conspiracy, crimes against public administration or public assets, crimes against the financial system, smuggling, arms trafficking, kidnapping for ransom and trafficking of toxic drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances, among others.
That all attachments and background data are truthful and I commit to update it annually.
That I have been informed by COMPAS and CCTO of my rights to access, rectify, update and delete personal data, as well as to revoke the authorization, as long as there is no legal or contractual duty that limits this right. And that I know that I can access these rights through the email juridica@compas.com.co
That I am aware of and have been informed of the COMPAS Personal Data Processing Policy published at www.compas.com.co.
That I released COMPAS S.A. from any liability that may arise from the erroneous, false or inaccurate information that has been filled out or submitted as an attachment to this form.”
That the shareholders, associates or partners who directly or indirectly have FIVE PERCENT (5%) or more of the share capital, contribution or participation, their legal representatives, their members of the Board of Directors and final beneficiaries, are not found on the lists. international laws binding on Colombia in accordance with international law (United Nations lists) or in the OFAC lists.
That there is no knowledge that the company that I represent, nor its shareholders, associates or partners who directly or indirectly have FIVE PERCENT (5%) or more of the share capital, contribution or participation, its legal representatives, its members of the Board Board of directors and final beneficiaries, have investigations or criminal proceedings for intentional crimes.
That in the event that we become aware of non-compliance or materialization of any of the circumstances described above, we undertake to notify it immediately.
